I went to class today for the first time in over three weeks with the intention of participating. The ankle held up pretty well. The only time it gave me issues was during the katas. So, I bought these rawhide dog bones for my dad's dogs when I was in Hattiesburg. They're coated in this meat sauce and wrapped in dried duck meat. My dad's dogs go crazy for them.
